Our story

Onze droom is om mensen te helpen. We snijden door de onzin van de fitness industrie heen en focussen op trainen, heerlijk eten, en goed slapen.  Hoe klein de overwinningen ook zijn, we zijn hier om juist meer te genieten van het leven door het trainen, niet minder. We omarmen het harde werk. De Horizon is altijd dichtbij.

We are a young company, started by Steven Nicolas. Well, me. After burning out in my job as a researcher in the financial sector, I decided to train every day to get better. I started doing research to maximize my returns and soon I was helping friends, friends of friends, and now it's grown into a business called Horizon Lifestyle. I like it much more than what I did and I hope to spread the simple message "train strength, enjoy life" because I believe it really is that simple, and is meant for everyone.
